Ingredients
2 lbs Brussel sprouts
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Remove ends from Brussel sprouts. Chop large ones in half.
Spread on a large baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle garlic salt over the Brussel sprouts. Stir to coat evenly.
Place sheet pan in lower portion of your oven. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring at the 15 minute mark.
